Izumi Joi: Izumi Joi is an Integral Health Practice. Integral means whole, complete, or comprehensive. Philosopher Ken Wilber describes integral practice as “the conscious exercise of Body, Mind, and Spirit in Self, Culture, and Nature.” Ultimately, Integral practice draws the practitioner into a way of life that expresses an overarching intention to cultivate health and well-being, happiness, and growth in self and others. To this means, I offer energywork (Jin Shin Jyutsu, Reiki), Eastern or Swedish Massage, Yoga (Integrative Yoga Therapy), and Integral Health Guide Counsel.
